Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website at quorrelapps.com, run by Quorrel Apps (“we”, “us”). Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from its page — for example, MySelf’s.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how people arrive (a search, a link, typing the address), and roughly where they are. It collects:

• pages viewed, time on page, scrolling and outbound link clicks
• the referring site, if any
• browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language
• approximate location (country and city), derived from your IP address

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell a returning visit from a new one. It does not store your IP address, and we don’t send it your name, email or anything you type into our forms. We have turned off Google Signals and advertising features, so this data isn’t linked to your Google Account or used to show you ads.

Google processes this data on our behalf under its data processing terms, and may process it outside your country. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically.

You can stop Google Analytics from seeing your visits by any of these:

• installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on
• blocking or deleting cookies for quorrelapps.com in your browser’s settings
• using a content blocker or a browser with tracking protection

The site works exactly the same either way.

The form on our Support page sends your name, email address, the app you picked and your message to Static Forms, which delivers it to our inbox. If you email hello@quorrelapps.com directly, we get whatever you send.

We use this only to reply to you and fix the problem you’ve told us about. We keep the conversation for as long as it’s useful for supporting you, and delete it if you ask.

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it briefly handles your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading the site doesn’t contact Google Fonts.

We don’t sell, rent or trade personal data. It’s shared only with the services named above, to do the job described, or when the law requires it.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California), you can ask us to show you, correct, delete or stop using personal data we hold about you, or to send you a copy. Email hello@quorrelapps.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site for analytics, and on your request for replying to messages.

This site isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
